I am hopeful that the constant raindrops falling on my window are adding up to inches of fresh snow in the mountains so Ski season can get underway. For years, I’ve been practicing my moves on the slopes, from the bunny hill to some runs I’m sure I had no business skiing. Gradually some improvements are coming along, and really the best part of skiing is just being there. Caught on a sunny day in front of Lake Tahoe a few years ago, we enjoyed fabulous snow and terrific friends on the slopes. Hope all of you have the opportunity to get into the mountains this winter, be it for a short cross country loop or a week of turns at one of our nearby ski resorts. Enjoy the winter season!
