Managing Broker Liz Talley – Resume & Background

Managing Broker with Windermere Real Estate

I have been fortunate to sell many homes over the past 30 years in great neighborhoods, especially Ballard, Phinney Ridge and Greenwood. In addition to listing homes in our real estate market, I’ve honed my listening skills and have negotiated sales on behalf of both buyers and sellers. My tag line has been “the fun professional” and some clients have called me the “Mayor of Ballard” since I’ve sold so many properties there. As a top Seattle Managing Broker, I have been part of the Windermere Family for over 30 years. With my mom Diane Lembo Talley, my licensed assistant, we joined the Greenwood office in the spring of 2013, and have enjoyed it.  We have a team approach that keeps everything running smoothly.

Educational Background – UW Graduate

I am a graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Communications. My emphasis in classes was always towards group activities, promotional ideas and marketing. The school of Communications was a perfect fit for my interests in how to find great ways to engage individuals, both verbally and in writing.  Those skills have been a key element in my success as a managing broker.

Activities that Define Liz Talley

My mantra has always been to enjoy the journey and have fun along the way.  I keep busy taking on  activities that keep our community vibrant.  From coordinating Art Walks, to publishing cookbooks to benefit the local Food Bank (with partner in crime Gloria Jackson), you’ll find me dreaming up new events, bringing clients and friends together and enjoying every bit of it. In my free time you can find me painting, cooking, gardening, skiing, and playing the Cello.
