On this cloudy Sunday, I’ll be visiting with buyers, friends and neighbors at my Sunday Open House in the flats of Phinney Ridge, 338 NW 77th Street. Last night we listed this home for $595,000 and its one of the more comfortable, updated Frame Tudor I’ve been in for awhile. While Spring continues to flirt with us, a few crocus bulbs are popping up in the front garden and there are future sunny days ahead to have dinner al fresco on the big back deck, after the rainy days of March come and go.
