She was hands-on throughout the process and we never felt like we were going through it alone. Several people have told us that Liz is the best broker in the area, and I believe it. After relocating to Seattle from Chicago and living here for about 18 months, my husband and I decided that we wanted to buy a house in the general Ballard area. Thanks to a quick Google search, we were lucky enough to find Liz, who specializes in the NW side of town. We adored her from our very first phone interview. Liz was fantastic! She knows Seattle. Liz guided me through the process every step of the way. Before I listed with her, she did a walk through to point out what needed to be cleaned up, repaired or replaced. Once I listed with her, she developed a complete marketing plan and timeline for the sale. She, and her team, were available for questions big and small. Once the house hit the market, she managed the open houses and tours. She was available to buyers and their agents to answer questions/concerns. Liz marshalled multiple offers and shared/explained/reviewed each of the offers to me. I accepted the best offer. Then, Liz immediately went to work overseeing that the closing occurred in a timely manner. Liz, and her team, was fun to work with, successful in bring me the best offer and always available for questions and support.
