Set at the top of the hill in Magnolia, mom and I presented this charming home to the world and they loved it! From the Friday afternoon open house, where I met most every neighbor and tons of buyers who were really taken with the home, to when we sat down with the sellers to allow them to pick from a stack of offers, it was a wonderful experience. The home shined, it spoke to buyers and to their parents, it offered an inviting backyard for children to explore and a spacious detached garage that could be used for most anything. The quality of the workmanship throughout this home set it apart from many other homes for sale, and we appreciate all the effort that the sellers put into this listing to make it really stand out. It was so satisfying to be involved in this Magnolia sale, what a lovely Tudor.
