I was out showing homes today with a terrific client, and in looking at a half dozen homes we found that the cleaner and nicer a home was, the more comfortable and interested we were in the place. It wasn't which place was the 'most expensive' or which one was in the 'best' location, it came down to some homes felt neglected, dirty, not really ready for prime time, and others seemed very well...
