A Successful Sale in North Seattle

Thanks to super cooperation by a number of parties, especially my clients, I was able to snap this ‘selfie’ putting up a sold strip today on Sand Point Way N.E.  The market is what it is, plenty of buyers and not much inventory, but this home in particular captured my buyer’s heartstrings, and in large part because of the thoughtful way it was presented.  The owners are gardeners and they’ve created a delightful in-city retreat.  The home is both casual and relaxing, having high emotional impact because the home has been well loved and just “feels right” when you walk through it.  I appreciate the opportunity to work with Gunnar Hadley of the Ballard office, an excellent listing broker and know that the new owners will carry on right where the seller’s are leaving off, truly enjoying this in-city gem.  A special “shout-out” to Terry Tazioli for once again recommending me to his friends as the realtor to call, which he has done over 40 times over the years.  I am very thankful.
